REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will work with our production partner to replace the item or issue a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All items in our store are custom-made and produced on a print-on-demand basis.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choice, or change of mind.
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
However, because our products are made to order, this right applies only to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible items must be in unused condition, with proof of purchase.
Refunds

Return shipping
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
In most approved cases, a replacement will be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
